yes that is what i meant the all clear signal hasn't been sounded yet, the warnings have been dropped but there are still Tsunami advisories in effect

If anyone else frequents Global Tuners or the Perseus network, there is an American Forces Network radio station in Tokyo on 810khz that broadcasts in English. Good source of up to date info from the Yakota Air Base in western Tokyo. Other than that, I have a hard time finding anything in English.
