Central VA 21:22z or 16:22 EST there is what sounds like Japanese conversation on 10.066 KHz usb that is quite strong, S7 to S9. Maybe 3 or 4 males. Using IC-746 and a 40 meter horizontal loop.
Anybody else heard this?
P.S. I am also hearing another time signal under WWV on 10 MHz that appears to be usb only. Not of sure language, maybe Spanish or Italian.
