Jasper PD

Medic heard that Jasper PD had encrypted their communications. He doesn't have internet access at this time, so he asked me to see if anyone knows whether this is true. If you have any info to share, he would appreciate it.

Looks like they have gone digital, but that doesn't necessarily mean their encrypted. I listened to their old frequency 155.550 for about 30 minutes and heard nothing but P25 data, and they're licensed for P25 (11K0F1E) on several more frequencies.
