Look in fcc database, I wonder what this is, WQBL368, anyone know.

That looks like it. They fiked a few extensions. What did you use to find it.

I use this link http://fjallfoss.fcc.gov/General_Menu_Reports/ and then look under licensee.

the system is still being installed by mot. at various (5) locations in the city. The new dispatch center is being built but not done yet so it probably will not come alive until new dispatch center is done.
