Just wondering if the person that was providing the feed was going to try and get it back up and running again?

I was the one that provided the JCPD feed. However the computer that I was using (actually providing three feeds) has become unstable and unreliable with to many crashes. It's an older computer and not worth the repair cost and unfortunately, due to budget constraints I cant just run out and buy a new computer just to support an audio feed. I guess I am not the only one with budget problems.
My question, Out of all the RR members and or listeners just in the Jersey City / Hudson County area, why has not anyone stepped up and fill the gap by providing this feed???
Though I am considering a good used computer to replace the defunct one. It still may be a very long while before I can replace the feed computer and getting the feed on line. Therefore, please don't wait for me (K2YYN) to get this feed back on line Sorry...

Ken, I would like to thank you for providing the feed. I remember the Jersey Journal had the feed up for awhile a few years back and after 9-11 it fell apart. Then all that was on where a few people that fed the JCFD, i actually begged one guy to put up the PD and he did for awhile, but he really wanted the FD only, so he shut it back down. Maybe when and if you do get it up and going again, maybe you could throw me a bone and put Bayonne on also, that's where i grew up. Thanks again Ken.

Thanks for your support. However, If a JC PD feed is such a hot commodity, I am still surprised that no one else has picked up this feed, never mind those in Jersey City itself or all of Hudson County??? Forgive me harping on the same point.
It's summer time, people are just too busy, they are on vacation or busy with the I-Pads, I-Phones, letting the world know their every activity via Face Book or just plain texting.
Hopefully someone else will put up a JC feed soon. As for me again sorry I can't do it right now. Enough said. Subject closed for my part.
