Why does johnston county communications switch off and on pro-voice for S.O. Main 10-055? i can never hear the deputies not unless they are on S.O. Dispatch 10-021...sometimes i can the dispatcher on S.O. Main and sometimes i cant ..why doesnt johnston county atleast allow us to always hear the dispatch from the sheriffs dept? im trying to figure out while they switch 10-055 back and forth from Pro-voice to analog
