Jeffco SO in persuit of a vehicle in the Ken Caryl / Continential Divide area. Ken Caryl Ranch area. Speeds are up to 80 mph, calling for stop sticks.

Deptuies calling for stop sticks and a call into Denver for help. Persuit is heading north on an unknown street. passing Lowell. Deputy is reporting no traffic...

...and a supervisor just called it off...

A silver Land Crusier bearing Colorado plate 156-MTI...

Now reports of a second vehicle in Deer Creek Canyon, and now a foot persuit

...and now one at gunpoint, Deputy dosen't know the cross street...

Several deputies are asking the other Deputy to "talk it up." No response from him for a good two minutes now. Still an unknown cross street.

Now reporting two in custody at 15193 Deer Creek. Vehicle crashed into the mountainside, and the horn on it is obvously stuck as it's overwhelming transmissions on-scene...

Now getting a Code 4... No word on if medical is needed for anyone.

I don't know how far west into the canyon 15193 is, but I do know that there are a lot of tight turns the further west you go...

Now calling for medical... Unknown why.

I do know that reception is very poor through that canyon until you get to N Turkey. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if communication was lost in spots.

They probably got a medical on a biker that was hit. I think I see more guys on bicycles on that road than I do other drivers.
