Yes both 1533 and 1534 are enc, JCSO has confirmed it's them but unknown exactly what's so super secret on the westside.

Yeah, but given that, to date, Jeffco has kept everything in the clear I would give them the benefit of the doubt and say that there's a legitimate reason it's encrypted (e.g. swat, task force, special ops, etc.).
