Jeffco transition date

The minutes for the September meeting of the Jeffco911.org Board of Director's indicates a 12-8-14 transition date to the new P25 system they've been installing. Time to get those P25 capable scanners ready!

A very reliable source says all police side comms will be entirely encrypted. Also it will be sometime in January 15 when the switch over takes place
