The County Comission of Jefferson County will hold a Public Hearing regarding an Ordinance creating the Jefferson County Emergency Services Agency. The hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 21, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. in the Old Charles Town Library Meeting Room on the ground floor of the Library, 200 East Washington Street, Charles Town, WV 25414.
Anyone wishing to provide written or oral comment may do so at this meeting. A copy of the proposed ordinance may be obtained at the offices of the County Comission of Jefferson County, 124 E. Washington Street, Charles Town, WV, or on the County website at: www.jeffersoncountywv.org.
