that is way that i am not hearing nothing on the 700 mhz freqs alos i have done a search with the fcc uls for the freqs dave911 posted ant there are no such crackers there i wonder who have a lic for these

Wow! I have been fighting with my scanner for two days now. It was, up and until two minutes ago, scanner 1, Richard nothing. Here is my mistake. Do not, for a Uniden scanner change the type. Until re banded, it should be a Motorola Type 2 800 MHz Standard. My software kept trying to change it to custom. I hope this helps. The two listed control channels work fine here in Pleasant Grove. Thanks guys..

I have these setup as P25 Auto 700Mhz TSYS in my psr50o & Pro 197 will see if I hear anything like that. anyone tell me how to set up a wildcard now??

I agree , this is very odd, even if simulcast, there should be a license

i wonder if the 700 stuff is going to be for b'ham only or if the county will be inculded, i have yet to hear the 700 stuff yet i have also set my 996t for the custom 800 band and it seems to be working fine for the county stuff have not yet tried to set up bham with the new county control channels, also 868.275 contorl for bham just gives me the westand south prect and bham fire cant figure that one out yet

Are the 700 mhz frequencies some of you guys are hearing a part of the new nationwide Homeland Security network?? That would explain the lack of a license issued in the name of the local ageny:

is this for s pro 197,or psr500. I kinda dont't these are trunked because no CC's yet that i have been to able to determined and no listing in FCC data
