Has anyone found the freqencies for this new medevac service out of Thomas Jefferson Univ Hosp?

Thanks for the info and let me know if you find out otherwise. You are probabily correct since other programs by the same vender (AirMethods/Rocky Mountain) use that freqency..ie...Christiana LifeNet of Delaware. Unfortunity I am in Virginia and cannot help out in verifing.

I have still been trying. Not sure if they are evening using radios for comms. -- maybe Nextel. Have been listening to 160.02 during flights, and didn't hear anything.

I went to Rotorfest this year and JeffStat was present both days. After they took off on one of the days I tried to monitor 160.02 but did not hear anything however, after they were gone a few minutes I thought that I heard them transmitting on 160.02. It also sounded like they used a callsihn of LifeNet 62. The second day I tried to monitor them but heard nothing. The LIfeNet/Air Methods site mentions JeffStat being started to supplement Christiana LifeNet.

I would make a guess that they would be using 160.020 (156.7) only because i know that's what LifeNet 6-1 (Christiana Hospital) uses.

Keep in mind, however, that LifeNet is actually in Omaha, Nebraska and the radio system has towers close to the hospitals so that they can communicate with the aircraft. Unless you are close to the particular hospital's aircraft you are trying to hear, you probably won't hear much.

They were using the Sunshine Communications VHF LTR system. Check the link:

It should take you to that page, I have caught them on a 153.???? frequency a few times.
