It appears that Jenkinsons in Pt Pleasant may have switched to Mototrbo.

Here is the new license but the emission codes still seem to be NFM rather than Mototrbo.

ULS License - Industrial/Business Pool, Conventional License - WPRL947 - JENKINSON S PAVILLION

Below are the listings as they are now in the RR DB so wondering if anyone
near or in PP can listen and confirm anything they can hear. I am hearing
MotoTRBO on 151.4975 from the Brick area.

Just from discerning the data on the new license, first it states Radio Service IG - Industrial/Business Pool, Conventional and the only emission listed is 11K2F3E which is narrow band analog. Also it looks like they have three pairs of frequencies for three "standard" FB2 or repeaters i.e. they are licensed for 3 repeaterized frequencies(151.xxxx (3) repeater outputs) 159.xxxx (2) and 160.xxxx (1) as (3)repeater inputs) and one additional frequency (154.xxxx) for mobile to mobile (portable to portable) use.
As to which input frequencies match up to which output frequencies...well thats where you guys come in to monitor :D!

Also there are no modifications filed and as for them switching to Mototrbo the license says NO!

But again "just like that, they (Jenkinsons) can change their minds!"

I picked up the same thing early this morning - a hissing, or static sound with the "TRS control channel motorboat" sound, but it wasn't as strong or as clear as a control channel sound. Prior to this I've occasionally been getting a hissing static sound on the repeater output frequencies..

I am aware of all you posted above. My purpose in this thread was to get the locals in the
PP area to listen so we can sort it out and update the RR DB. Don't expect users to file
for a modification at the same time thay make a change - that almost never happens
until much later or sometimes never. I have seen it too many times to count them.

PS - Prime example: Ocean County College 152.975 changed to MotoTRBO from analog
but never filed for a license modification.

Noted and agreed! The license means one thing but what they (licencee) actually does is whole other thing...as my ending quto states "just like that, they (Jenkinsons) can change their minds!"
