Jersey City and Capitol Health EMS

I know that's two systems that don't have anything to do with each other, but I was wondering if someone could point me to the frequencies for both systems?

I thought, but was wrong, that Jersey City was covered by UMDNJ.

Never mind about Jersey City, I found that information.

I've looked in the database, but must be looking in the wrong places. If someone could post the links to the right sections of the database, I'd be appreciative.

Completely unhelpful. Since I use the RR download service with ARCXT software, I wanted the data from here. The FCC data doesn't include PL, or actual usage of the frequencies. It's not as if this is a new system I'm looking for, it's pretty well established.
