Jersey City Police: DG's

Does anyone know what the police code/term "DG's" stands for? I hear it a lot when listening to JCPD. I assume it has something to do with a disorderly person.

I have to say, in 29 years of scanning in NY I've never heard of such a thing (DG or Degenerate Gambler) on ANY police frequency. Maybe it's an upstate thing.
