Is anyone with this antenna and an analyzer willing to check its tune at GMRS freqs (462 and 467)? I think I have settled on it for my base antenna for 2m/400, but I'm interested if I can use it with the XYL on GMRS.

I have that very antenna on my tower... Its ok up to about 450-453... Beyond that the SWR climbs. Its rated for the ham band after all, 430-450.

My analyzer shows 2.6:1 at 462 and 3.4:1 at 467.

I'm in search of a best bang for buck antenna, and being usable on GMRS would have given it more bang.

Is the antenna a good performer for you on 2m/70cm?
