JNCR Ft. Detrick Talk Groups

I'm working on identifying a few talk groups on the Joint National Capital Region military system through the Fort Detrick site. They seem to be related to that facility.

637 - A lot of 10 codes, 10-97. It sounds like security
665 is the most active, I've been monitoring for a few days, also sounds like security. Tactical calls like, Rover, Lobby, Loading Dock are common.
681 - Some Encryption - sounds like an additional police channel, traffic stops
