Spent a few days in the nation's capital area and verified the JNCR page as well as a few new findings:

Talkgroups heard: 300 - all encrypted, radio IDs are in 300xxx range so I suppose it is Fort Belvoir users

Reporting Pentagon, Silver Hill, Germantown, Fort Meade, ARL Adelphi, Pentagon East and Walter Reed as peers.

I still haven't heard anything on the Warrenton site. Might be like some other locations I know of on the system but have all their daily activities on a localized system or frequencies.

1700 heard on the Ft Detrick site sounds like daycare. Announcing names of kids? to be picked up.
9440 is JBAB gate security
635 is electrical systems at Ft Detrick
8142 sounds like Ft McNair security

Some post-storm ducting is giving me good reception to the south and southeast so I'm receiving Dahlgren and AP Hill with 2 bars. I'm also reciving 006-0909 and 00A-0707 with 1 bar which I haven't received at all before. That ought to a clue for where people closer can narrow it down.

On 006-0909 and the USNA site today I've heard 23200 which is Anne Arundel Co FD dispatch and 23201 which is a response channel, maybe the one they call Tac 1? Heard ambulance report arriving at the Anne Arundel medical center.

I am picking up a TG 759 in my log. I am not sure what this would be. I put the scanner on ID search because I wanted to know if FT AP hill still simulcasted Caroline FD and SO. I am fairly certain that the simulcast may be gone.

Not sure when or where I was when it hit. I am in NOVA.

It sits between Ft. Mead Police (754) and APH Training Admin (760).

Probably dsdplus or unitrunker.
Make a thread in the programs section and someone will help you set it up.

Today, I am hearing PFPA Dispatch, TG 201 in the clear. Normally always encrypted. 1245 hours.
