I have been in a deal with board member "joespca" for almost a month now. So as not to go into details, here is a link to the thread.

After much email and PM correspondance an agreement was reached for me to send $90 via Paypal in order to recieve the radio via USPS priority mail. He even sent me a request funds transaction from Paypal.

I have yet to recieve anything but excuses about why I dont have the radio. and now Joe has quit responding to my emails and PM's.

I would advise anyone dealing with this thief to leave him alone and beware.

Here is a List of twenty three Dirty Bird behaviors -----> Examples::

1. Very poor condition.
2. Does Not offer to refund Money or make the deal good.
3. Missing any parts.
4. Scratched.
5. Broken, loose antenna connection.
6. Does not give good description or wrong picture.
7. Cracked
8. Noisy volume control
9. Loose controls.
10. Mis-lead buyer.
11. Messy Modifications.
12. Intermittant buttons
13 DIM contrast or missing segments on LCD Display.
14 DIM or not working back-light.
15 Bent antenna.
16. Worn out.
17. Slow, Not shipping (Lost in the mail??)
18. Poor Packing.
19 DOA (Dead on Arrival)
20. Corroded Battery Contacts.
21 Substituting original parts.
22. Did not receive anything except excuses.
23. Does not answers emails or PM's.

It takes a Dirty Dirty Bird to Post false information or make excuses after ripping of that person.
