As everyone should know, Johns Creek PD is using what used to be "Fulton North Main".

Last night I got lucky enough to catch them switching to Tactical on a TGID not listed anywhere. Here is what I have so far for Johns Creek. I listen to them A LOT, so as more information comes out I will be sure to post it. I'm calling this new TAC ID TAC1 because I'm not sure if they have others yet. Just not enough crime up here to force them into TAC a whole lot.

Could someone please provide both the list for Milton PD? I had been using TG 46384 as Milton's DISPATCH but I see from blue0ne that 46384 is Johns Creek's DISPATCH

Actually, I believe Milton and Johns Creek are both using the same Fulton County North
Dispatch Probably the same for the TAC. I've never heard Milton actually mentioned, Johns Creek alot, but some of the addresses are darn close to, if not technically in, Milton.

I'm new to listening, and pretty much always listen to those TGIDs, except for tonight... one helluva sting going down on SpecOps this evening.

Maybe that is one of the other TGID's though that I don't have anything for. Milton could have their own and I just don't know it.

You know... I still haven't figured out who 43984 is. But they pop up a lot.

Tonight, I heard The guys on 46384 taking someone to the Doraville Jail.

Any idea why? I'm guessing Johns Creek or Milton don't have a Jail yet.

Um, not really. The city of Alpharetta sits between Milton and Johns Creek. Milton is in extreme North Fulton. Johns Creek is in the southeastern part of North Fulton. The only place they are close is in the McGinnis Ferry and Jones Bridge area, but still, Alpharetta separates the two.

46384 is the dispatch for both Milton and John’s Creek as far as I can tell. I mostly listen to Alpharetta, but scan Milton and John’s Creek when Alpharetta gets slow. It seems to me that all the John’s Creek officers have an alpha tag in their call number (i.e. A11, C23, etc…), while Milton just calls out a unit number. I don’t know if this is true, but it is what I have noticed; still testing this theory. But I am pretty sure that Milton is using this talk group along with J.C., for I know that Birmingham Hwy and Providence road is definitely not in John’s Creeks jurisdiction. I also have 46928 as TAC 1(for it is the only one we know of) for John’s Creek and possibly Milton (I have not heard a Milton unit on this TAC id yet).

New Id 46800

I listened to John's Creek/Milton PD last night and discovered a new TGID. 46800 is a Tac Channel for what I believe to be Milton. I don’t know if this id is used as a TAC channel for John's Creek as well, but I am sure that Milton is using it.

A couple of nights ago I heard some Johns Creek PD units switching over to "TAC 8". Anyone know what talk group is used by ChattComm for Johns Creek PD TAC 8?

Unless something has changed all Milton traffic is on the Alpharetta talk groups. If you dial 911 in Milton it goes to the Alpharetta 911 center. The milton units are 4 digit numbers on the Alpharetta TG's.
Sandy Springs and Johns Creek both use the Chatcomm 911 center and have their own talk groups.
Both of these agencies use the Doraville City Jail under a contract unless they make a felony arrest without a preset bond amount and then they go to Fulton County Jail like everyone else although they can drop them off in Doraville and Doraville will take them to Fulton County.
I know Johns Creek has at least 2 tacs, one for patrol and one for detectives although I havent been monitoring them enough to figure these out.
I also have heard state troopers from time to time on the Sandy Springs and Alpharetta TG's calling for another unit or relaying a message to Atlanta since GSP's system is so crappy. So all the Atlanta troopers must have the Fulton system programmed into their radios.

Heard them go to police TAC 8 again yesterday, but I was unable to follow.

If anyone knows what talkgroup ChattComm is using for Johns Creek PD TAC 8, please let me know.
