Johnson County TRS Talkgroups

Does anyone know what the talkgroup 5968 is for on the Johnson County TRS? It is listed in the RRDB as "Road Crews?" but based on what i've heard on it it sounds more like a TG for one of the sheriff dispatched citys in Johnson County.

Listening to this Talkgroup further, I think it is being used by Mission PD instead of their talkgroup 3440, I have heard multiple references to locations and businesses that are in Mission when officers talk on this TG. Does anyone here listen to Johnson County North Zone and can confirm my suspicion before I submit it?
