Ought to make for good reading and good source of information passing. That area is an another scanner hobbyist's mecca. Shame I am not in Broward/ Dade County area anymore.... plenty of stuff goes on down there...

Actually it is not a new group. We have been going for almost 5 years now. Now that Hollywood switched of their system I guess we will be getting a lot of new members.

Lived in Pembroke Pines for about an year and could always hear the Hollywood EDACS system better then MDPD's system. I could actually pick up Miami City's system from inside the house, West of 75, with no external antenna's.

Miami group
Getting back into scanning after two-year+ hiatus. Blowing dust off of PRO-93 my wife gave me for birthday two years ago (what a shame, eh?).
Will sign up to Yahoo group, but are there any groups that meet locally? Could use some personal help with decyphering the Miami-Dade trunking system. :?:
