Did you get the tail number of the aircraft? If so, go to the following website and look up the IFR flight plan and who the plane belongs to. If it was on a VFR flight it probably won't have a current flight plan on file.

I Did Not Hear The Tail Number. I Do Not Know If The Put That Info Out On The Radio Or Not. They Do Say What Type Of Plane, How Many On Board, How Much Fuel They Have, And The Type Of Trouble They Are Having.
