Jones County NXDN

Is anyone in the Jones County area receiving the NXDN system? I noticed that the database was missing talkgroups and while traveling through, I decided to look at it with an SDR and DSD+ but I scanned the frequencies and couldn’t even find a control channel. Is this system down or is it a type D system? I tuned to all of the frequencies multiple times with no luck.

Jones county is basically several different single site repeaters on NXDN, for different agencies / purposes. Most is Enc.

NXDN48 conventional using scrambler keys. 155.52 is encrypted, 159.45 is their fire that's open. Everything in that trunked listing doesn't exist.

They are using actual NXDN encryption, and not the scrambler function.
