Jones started out all E, added a clear TG for SO. But is now back full E due to streaming. Maybe things will change again one day after an change of Sheriff.

That’s correct, but all the that had to do was have a few Encrypted channels. Lamer, Forrest, HPD etc. are full open, but back woods Free Statw of Jones is not.

Rankin SO, DeSoto County, MHP, Jones all due to streaming. Jones was actually turning around and becoming open with this sheriff. But then he had no choice but to cave in when the streams wouldn't go silent. Streams should not be public. They should only be private and run on a server like the ProScan based set up. But unfortunately people have to relearn what they think is freedom ain't free with irresponsibility. I used to run feeds too before I talked to folks in suits and ties that run the show.
