I hate to burst your bubble Mr. Pro but there is no Amateur Radio Department. (;->) There is an Enforcement Division and Riley Hollingsworth K4ZDH used to be Chief Council but he retired last year. I don't know who or what took his place, only they don't seem to be enforcing much of anything these days.
One other thing, I hear this Genachowski duck clucker hates Amateur Radio and loves white space and the internet.
