Just a quick question, Montgomery CO TxWARN

I was listening to the Montgomery CO SO, District 1 & 5, and heard certain units with unit ID's of 4P1009, and P3115, They were saying Paul3115 or 4Paul1009. I looked at the Wiki for Montgomery CO and there is no Listing for this type of unit number. I was just wondering if anyone knew what these units were. They were running 27's and stuff like they are an officer but not sure what they are.

Well after listening to it for a while I may have answered my own question. I think they are Montgomery CO Shireff Deputys. They are talking and conducting issues like any deputy would. Maybe Montgomery CO SO units changed ID's?

I think they have. MCSO District 1 Dispatch has appeared here again, and I have not heard any of the normal 3xxx unit numbers, and have instead been hearing the unit identifiers you were talking about.

You are correct the ID's have changed. The Code 3Paul1009 means disctrict 3, paul is just a P designation for Patrol unit then the numerical officer number! I have a list of some other changes if interested.
