In Win500_COM click on configuration, and then at the bottom of the list is find psr-500/600 port, this will find your serial port for your cable.

The way to change the LED Colors in Win500 look at the pic, and to the right You will see a color list.
Just find the frequency You want to add a color to.
Just remember to save it before uploading.
