Easier to Read Pro-164/163 PSR300/C/400/C Scanner Manual

Great website with easier instructions. Mind you that's for the 163 base model, and 164 handheld, so somethings won't make total sense to you but he tries to put that he's talking about the handheld. All in all the 163 is a great analog scanner, i've been more than satisfied with mine. Wish I'd bought a pro-197 so i'd have digital, but hey, live and learn.

Hello victory-rc:

Welcome to RR. This is THE place for scanners and all things electronic. We've got some very knowledgeable members here to help answer any questions you may have, so don't hesitate to ask.

Funny thing about the ex wife taking the scanner...the scanners (six of them) were the only items my ex wife let me take. LOL
