Im trying to justify renewing my RR subscription. I signed up to make programming a new radio with freescan easier. The radio is up and running and current with the database. I would have no reason to need to change it unless the systems i monitor will be changing.

I am listening to
Lake County Public Safety
Hoosier Safety P25

How likely are these to change that i would have to update the scanner?

Of course i would like to make a backup of my programming and call it a day. Any minor tweaks can still be done in freescan.

What do you think? Is there any benefit now that the radio is programmed?

$30.00 and you don't have to worry about it for another year. It's really not that much !!
+1 on this. Changes are always a possibility, but whether anything changes or not, you might hear about something else you want to add to your programming, and having the subscription will make it simple. It's an awfully good value for the money, and it helps keep this place up and running. I think we'd all hate to lose RR as a resource.

Supporting the efforts and expenses involved with keeping the site alive so that next time you need to program it is still here?
