just worked him AM @ 41000 ft over central Indiana---he was running 150 watts with a dipole in the horizontal stabilizer in a Dassault Falcon 2000 corporate jet coming from Colorado on his way to Dulles...

Nice catch! BTW you confused me with the title, I thought it was AM mode. The suffix for aeronautical mobile is (callsign) A/M.

What is this station notable for? Never heard of him.
not really rare or notable, but just kinda cool to work a person @ 41000 feet going 300 plus MPH--was able to follow him on his trek from Colorado to Dulles since he gave out his tail number too and with that you can bring up their flight path online............just fun..
