Lucky for that Trooper that he had on his camera, he might have been in some trouble if it was a he said, she said situation.

I find it funny that Wichita's City "Do Dah" council members still refuse to shell out the bucks for Dash Cams. I guess there still enough money to settle out of court or the city has a lot of confidents in Mike Norths (City DA) ability to win cases. If you ever needed a reason to get out and vote, This would be one!
