Kanabec County MN Feed Gone?

It's been quite a while since the Kanabec County MN feed has gone silent, last I heard it was "down for maintenance" some six months ago. Is this feed going to come back up and if not is the sheriff primary dispatch encrypted? I may become a feed provider.

It's been quite a while since the Kanabec County MN feed has gone silent, last I heard it was "down for maintenance" some six months ago. Is this feed going to come back up and if not is the sheriff primary dispatch encrypted? I may become a feed provider.

Feeds are automatically deleted from the system if down for 3 weeks, unless the provider submits a request to keep it due to extended downtime.

As for listening, looks like it's on the ARMER system and Kanabec county sheriff dispatch is not encrypted.

Fire sheriff and medical are all ARMER up here but I wasn't sure if dispatch was encrypted. Looks like I may have to become the new feed provider in the near future.
