Kanawha County Fire Repeater Use

Does anyone know if kanawha county will be switching to a complete, repeated dispatch system being the 3 new repeaters located in the county other than the OES repeaters, or are they going to stay with the cross band simplex system that they have now.

I was told that the plan is to eventually switch to the repeaters for response, etc., w/pages on the existing simplex freq and fireground on the dozen or so fireground freqs currently in use. This was a while ago, so plans might have changed.
