Kansas City MO Public Safety EDACS?

So, I haven't heard anything on the old analog Kansas City MO Public Safety EDACS system lately... does anyone know the status of it? I heard rumor that frequencies from the old system will be transfered to the new digital system once the old analog system is taken out of service. But, has the old system been already shut down?

Their EDACS control channel is still active. All public safety users have moved to the digital system.
