I'm wondering if anyone knows of any online feeds for Skywarn in the Kansas CIty area? I find it hard to believe out of all of the metro skywarn fregs. no one is streaming them. About half the time I would enjoy listening, i'm stuck at work and can't bring my scanner in.

It's been years since I monitored 2 meters during storms.

Do the skywarn folks on amateur radio try to limit themselves on the number of repeaters they use for the event, or do they use several ?.......Do they link repeaters, or keep them separate?

I noticed the NOAA site lists several repeaters used for skywarn, but also noticed that many skywarn feeds here list only a single repeater.

I'm sure several factors go into play here...such as where the weather activity is......which repeater the spotter can reach.......etc

SKYWARN=2meters

146.790=NORTHLAND...STORMSPOTTERS
146.820=SKYWARN NET CONTROL....to national weather service pleasant hill....
Most active repeaters....No active feeds I know of....your best bet is the scanner..hope this helps...
