We've noticed a huge increase in rants and negative posts that revolve around agencies going to encryption due to the broadcasting of scanner audio on the internet. It's now worn out and continues to be the same recycled rants. These rants hijack the threads and derail the conversation. They no longer have a place anywhere on this forum other than in the designated threads in the Rants forum in the Tavern.

Not a big surprise. The nut Karr was released about an hour ago from Boulder w/o any charges. He only cost the people of Boulder enough to fund some school projects, begin to upgrade their radio system.

We should have a moment of silence...today is when the Boulder DA's office becomes the but of a lot of jokes lol.

Let's see you are up on child charges in Thailand where your chances of ever getting out of jail are less than slim and none. He will not get sent back to Thailand to face the charges there now so he wasn't too dumb. He will screw up again sometime and the system will get him give it some time.

Boulder was going to release him because the DNA evidence didn't match however, Sonoma County California asked them to continue to hold him for extradition on five charges relating to child pornography they had on him. He isn't free yet and I hope he never is again.

Dude's a fruitcake who needs to be locked up in a psych ward for a few years. Bad thing is (actually a few)

a) he started a sense of closure for some people who now have that ripped from them

b) he screwed up the case even more. So I'd like to see him busted for obstruction or interfering at the least.

c) He brought all the freaks out to gawk at the house, etc all over again.

I could go on and on, but this guys wasted enough time already.

Why wouldnt they charge him with distrupting an investigation / obstruction of justice / making false reports / or something. He used up all those resources for nothing - he damn well should be charged with something!

Just like the lady who took a powder, declaring her kidnapping, before her marriage, hit him with the bill for his airfare, his three hots and a cot, the salaries of those who accompanied him, and the cost of the prosecution. He'll be peddling his tight, sick, little ass to lots of bubbas to pay this off. When he does, we ship him back to the Thai government who will "welcome him back with open arms, and a a date with a Cambodian Terrorist.

So what? They are misdemeanor charges..with a whole year in jail, so with over crowding, he might be in a month or two. The people of boulder will never see the money it cost them to get this idiot back. We should of left him over there, their jails make ours look good.

This is the best anyone can do at this time, at least he won't walk free. I am sure some of the inmates will know who he is the minute he walks through the doors of San Quentin, I think he may recieve some poetic justice. He certainly is a wack job.

There is no way he'll be in general pop, even though I wish he would be. The best anyone can do? Try telling that to the people of Boulder who just spent a same fortune on this idiot. What's going to be the real cost? What program is not going to get funding due to this? There is no way in the end he will even begin to pay the county back.

99% of the people here knew this guy was full of something when it first came out, yet it took him being brought back and a DNA test to prove to all the pollutions.

The people of Boulder need to ask their District Attorney for an explaination.

Justice at its finest

I actually think the guy is pissed at being let go!

Another Testament to his nutty behaver.

DA and the whole case is F** up from the beginning!

I personally think he did his research on the Ramseys and maybe had a phone tap on their network interface, AKA the little gray box on the wall behind your house.

He's smart, did his research and the crime fits that of a pedophilia.

DNA was crap from the begin with. Panties that are bought new I guess have trace amounts of DNA.

What were those abbreviations? I am the conquer or some damn thing. Hmmm.

Karr the conquer?

Prosecution should have really looked at the, I thought 3000 pieces of evidence.

Justice at its finest and it's not something new. Sad truth
