It may be a world away for most users here, but has anybody found any interesting radio traffic that might be related to the riots, military ops, etc. happening in Kazakhstan now?
One would likely have to be a Russian [~95% commonality within the nation] or a speaker of Kazakh [~67% of nation]. This assumes that they are on HF/VHF and there are conditions which would reach northeastern Turkey or northern India. Not many other nations in the area are amenable for citizen listening posts.
One of the email groups I belong to has posted a number of HF frequencies used by Russian forces transporting troops to Kazakhstan. You would have to speak Russian to understand the comms. UDXF - Utility DXers Forum
