This is the part I find interesting:
Phase I of the state-funded study, completed earlier this year, recommended adding global positioning units to all emergency medical vehicles to enable tracking by dispatchers and to establish regional clinical guidelines for all medical responders and publishing monthly response time reports.
Accountability ! They should try that with AMR!
