Last night I noticed a bunch of traffic between 1900-2130 on an unlisted talkgroup 21488 on site 040 (Education Hill). It sounded like a training exercise with a scenario involving a mass casualty and hostage situation at a school.
Anybody have any information about this talkgroup so the database can get updated?
