KCFD and MAST Merger?

This happens at midnight tonight. Anyone know if MAST will maintain there separate talk-groups or will all Fire and Medical operations be moved to Fire Dispatch? I am not too familiar with the specifics of the merger but it would make sense for everything to be brought together.

They could use the old MAST tg as now a ambulance admin and dispatch for the ems side, and use the main fd dispatch for all calls then.

Last night sounded like they kept the Fire and EMS dispatch's separate. Right at midnight several units came on and said good bye to MAST. Other then that seemed to be the same as before.

Seems KCFD has kept EMS operations on the old MAST TG's. Just heard an apartment building fire dispatched and EMS was not dispatched on KCFD Fire Dispatch.

EMS was just dispatched and told "to standby on Fire Tac 2"
