Keep losing my feed

I've tried both the software RR offers, and ScannerCast, but for some reason I keep losing my feed, sometimes it will be fine for hours, sometimes it will be fine for only minutes, but at some point I will lose my feed, any Ideas?

We think it has to do with high levels of network usage due to the holiday season. Your not the only one having this issues.

Thanks, I just read another thread, your right, does seem to be a problem system wide.
