i am a new user.
My wife purchased a pro 528 scanner. I works fine and shows the frequency. It does not show the town or the department that is talking. I have no manual with it. It is a used unit. Can this scanner have the ability to show the towns that are talking? and if so how can i do that. Thank You Ernie

This is called text tagging, which is not a feature of the PRO-528.

NO, It can not display the toens.
