KELCOM II Windsor

Anybody monitor this? I put it in the bct 15 and seems to work ok lots of garbage trucks and such in ID Search. When I plug in all the TGs and put it in ID Scan nothing. And I can't seem to get the Quick Keys assigned to work. It's a LTR system and I don't know much about this kind of system.

If you have ARC 15 I can send you the file and you can load it in your scanner....

Thanks Chris, but i'm using Freescan ( Great Program ). It is programed and uploads ok, I just can't seem to get it to turn on and off using the quick keys i have assigned. The only way I can turn it on and off is to resend the file to the scanner w/o KELCOM. Only the LTR System does this. All others are as kool as can be.
