Appears the troopers on the Kenai Penninsula have gone encrypted. Heard one ask "confirm encrypted", no reply. Haven't heard any dialog from the Soldotna dispatcher in days. I know the repeater is working because I'm still picking up other agencie's transmissions.

Yep, that's probably what happened. They started up here in Fairbanks and they'll probably continue encrypting until it's statewide, I can only guess.
I agree! I no longer can pick them up in Anchorage. I still get Fairbanks dispatch and Mat-Su. I am trying to check each site with home patrol - I will let you know if I get anything.
