The Fire 3 frequency will have encryption capable as of right now it's some sort of secondary channelI wonder if they will Encrypt the fire freqy , they have some unused UHF 453 freqys they could use foe EMA
No problem shortly after the long tone test they did an automatic voice range test sounded very nice for them all still being on FMN radios lolThanks for the info
the nac switched multiple times unsure why but i did not enter that into the databaseIn the rr.com Kendall Co list shows the nac at 611, not 293???
611$ was entered into the database because that was the most recent and common nac that appeared on the channel most of the mobiles were showing as 611 also so therfore 611 staysIn the rr.com Kendall Co list shows the nac at 611, not 293???
Was this permanent? No difference on signal strength here, and I'm on the fringes of the signal so I would definitely notice it.Kendall County specifically on the fire 1 channel (Dispatch) lowered the power today for better quality in the county, might be harder to reach the signal outside of Kendall
It gets used as the backup to fire 1 they have used it on a few incidents like a fire ground or talk channel. As of right now it's a useless channel it does not get usedHave they ever used 154.1525 for anything?
Was it a one time transmission or are they still going?Hearing Kendall Fire 3 loud and clear with NAC611 testing
