Kennebec Sheriff MSCOMMNET Patch

It seems the MSCOMMNET patch (TG816) into Kennebec county sheriff is disabled.

Only picking up Kennebec sheriff on the 159.090 P25 now.

Perhaps this was temporary? I only get chatter on the patch TG randomly off Spruce but I heard quite a bit yesterday.

Edit: Traffic heard just now, 1335 on 2/6/24

Ballpark on KSO hits for me over the last ~ couple of weeks:

159.090 P25 - 3645 hits
TG816 - 166 hits (most recent 2/6 @ 13:57
