Kennewick WSP frequencies - Benton Co 800 - JIWN?

What frequency or systems can you regularly hear Washington State Patrol District 3 out of Kennewick? Are they on the Benton County or JIWN systems?
I know the normal frequency has been 155.5200. I'm currently in Mose Lake and can also monitor Yakima, Ellensburg, Wenatchee and Ritzville.

I haven't been thru there in a few years but yes WSP was on their usual conventional frequencies and the Benton Co P25 trunk.
