Huge operation underway today. About 40k people attending. In addition to what is in the DB, talk groups 27993 and 25211 are in use for medical coordination and logistics. Concert is tonight. The personnel working this have a long day ahead of them. Lots of heat related problems, but people are also drinking a lot and finding creative ways to hurt themselves, near drownings, etc.
