Kenosha Co. Fire 151.235 Repeater?

Anyone know if Kenosha county is going to a repeated system for 151.235? They have an input frequency listed as part of the license, but for the past year since they switched over, all still simplex.

It is going to be a repeated system. They are using it in simplex mode right now as they wait for the voted receive sites to be completed and an additional tower to be put up in the downtown Kenosha area. I believe it will eventually be a 4 site simulcast system for County Fire and the Sheriff.
